Arrow Renovation is a trusted, top-rated Class A General Contractor in the Kansas City area. They’ve been doing quality work around the metro area for the last 20 years. The president and owner decided it was time to give the brand some new life and increase their marketing efforts for 2020. Arrow Renovation engaged JW Creative to help them, and it started with a brand refresh.
One of the biggest hurdles Arrow Renovation was experiencing was converting the female demographic. They continually received feedback that the brand, logo, look, and feel wasn’t appealing to many potential female customers. JW Creative took this feedback and did a comprehensive analysis of the brand. JWC compiled all the information they analyzed and created an updated logo that was still at the heart of the brand but was also able to soften the visual aesthetic to appeal to a broader customer demographic, including the female audience.
In addition to a new logo, JW Creative also developed comprehensive Branding Guidelines for the in-house marketing team and vendors to use and follow. The Guidelines continue to help Arrow Renovation create a unified visual branding experience.
